Volunteer Sign Up

Volunteer sign up is closed.

Volunteers are needed for setting up the event, directing traffic, directing people inside the festival, handing out glasses, deliverying ice, and clean up. Volunteer duties will be assigned at the festival at the “"Volunteer Registration Desk".

All volunteers receive:

• A free T-shirt!
• A complimentary meal coupon redeemable for a sandwich and side order from event caterer Maple Tree BBQ”

There will be three shifts available for volunteers.  The first shift runs 8am to 1pm and volunteers will be admitted to both festival sessions.  The second shift runs 11:30am to 3:30pm and volunteers will be admitted to the second session.  The final shift runs 2pm to 7pm and volunteers will be admitted to the “"After Hours Party"” immediately following the conclusion of the festival.
