Is there an age limit to get into the festival?

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants or strollers are permitted. No one will be admitted without a photo I.D. (no exceptions).

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The North Fork Spring Craft Beer, BBQ & Wine Festival is an outdoor event under tents and will take place rain or shine (no refunds). The festival is at the Martha Clara Vineyards in Jamesport, NY. Please enter the festival at the Herricks Lane, Jamesport entrance.

How do I get to the festival?
Car:
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) EAST
Take Exit 73 for Old Country Road (CR-58) toward Greenport/Orient – go 0.4 miles
Continue with slight left at CR-58 – go 2.3 miles
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on CR-58E – go 0.9 miles
Turn LEFT at Northville Turnpike (CR-43) – go 2.3 miles
Turn RIGHT at Sound Avenue – go 3.2 miles
Turn RIGHT on Herricks Lane – go 0.3 miles

Click on the link below to check LIRR schedules. The closest train stations are in Riverhead and Mattituck. LIRR. There are no taxi stands at the station. Arrangements must be made before you arrive. Call ahead.

What does general admission include?
Each paid admission includes a choice of a BBQ sandwich and one side dish prepared by Maple Tree BBQ. You will also receive a 6 oz. glass with a 2 oz. pour line (for full price tickets only, tasting glass is not available for designated driver tickets holders). Regular ticket holders are welcome to sample any beer that the brewers provide.

What is the entrance fee for designator drivers?
A designated driver will be charged $10.00 per ticket, which includes a choice of a BBQ sandwich and one side dish prepared by Maple Tree BBQ and a bottle of water. You will not be permitted to sample any beer. The designated driver receives a different color wristband. Designated drivers do not receive a tasting glass. Any designated driver who is seen drinking at the festival will be escorted out immediately.

Will food be available for purchase?

Maple Tree BBQ will have a delicious array of food to purchase in addition to what is offered and included in your ticket price. Water from Culligan Bottled Water will also be available at no charge.

Are children or pets permitted to attend?
For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted and admission tickets for the caregiver will not be honored.

Is there music?
Energy Express Band has music to satisfy all musical entertainment styles and taste. The five member band provides lively and fun entertainment playing songs ranging from 50's Rock and Roll, to 60's Soul and R & B, to the Disco and Funk of the 70's, Gold and Platinum selling Dance Pop music of the 80's and the latest #1 top 40 radio party hits of today.

Is smoking permitted at the festival?
Smoking will not be permitted within the tents.  A designated smoking area set will be created.

Can I bring blankets or lawn chairs to the festival?
No blankets or lawn chairs are permitted in the festival area. This would hamper the flow of traffic and disrupt the comfort of all attendees. There will be tables and chairs placed sporadically throughout the tented area and in the open field (weather permitting) for your convenience.

Will there be parking available?
Free parking is available on site. Traffic directors will guide you. Please do not to try to find parking on your own.

Do designated drivers need to be 21?
YES. Anyone under 21 will not be admitted to the festival. Designated Drivers, like everyone else must show proper ID before being allowed admitted into the festival.
