Is there an age limit to get into the festival?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants or strollers are permitted. No one will be admitted without a photo I.D. (no exceptions).

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This is an outdoor event under tents and will take place rain or shine (no refunds).

Where can I buy tickets for this event?
It is recommended that you purchase your ticket at the event website, click here. Once you complete your online purchase transaction, you print your ticket right from your computer. Bring printed ticket to the event for scanning. A limited number of tickets are also available for purchase at the Blue Point Brewing Company.

How do I get to the festival?

BY CAR:

Traveling from EAST of Patchogue: LIE (495) WEST to exit 64, LEFT onto Route 112 SOUTH till it ends, RIGHT onto West Main Street, continue 2 miles, LEFT onto River Avenue, SOUTH till you cross railroad tracks. Blue Point Brewing Company will be on your left hand side.

Traveling from WEST of Patchogue: LIE (495) EAST to exit 62, LIE off ramp, RIGHT onto Nicholl’s Road SOUTH till it ends, LEFT onto Montauk Highway, continue 3 miles, Montauk Highway turns into West Main Street, RIGHT onto River Ave, then SOUTH till you cross the railroad tracks. Blue Point Brewing Company will be on your left hand side.

BY TRAIN:

Click here to check LIRR schedules. The closest train station is PATCHOGUE. The Brewery is a short walk from the Patchogue train station.

THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE BREWERY FOR THIS EVENT. PARK YOUR CAR AT THE PATCHOGUE TRAIN STATION, THE COURTHOUSE, OR THE FIRE ISLAND NATURAL SEASHORE PARKING LOTS. IT IS JUST A SHORT WALK FORM THESE LOCATIONS TO THE BREWERY.

What is the entrance fee for designated drivers?
A designated driver ticket is $15 and must be purchased online in advance. Designated drivers are NOT permitted to sample any beer. The designated driver receives a different color wristband. Designated drivers do not receive a tasting glass. Any designated driver who is seen drinking at the festival will be escorted out immediately.

Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the festival?
No. All exits are final. No one will be re-admitted for any reason.

What does admission include?
Attendees will receive a half-pint commemorative anniversary glass and eight tasting tickets (additional tickets are $3 each). Plus, they will also receive a coupon good for one free half-gallon growler of beer to be redeemed next time they visit the tasting room at The Blue Point Brewery. Food will be available for sale. It is not included with the admission fee.

Will food be available for purchase?
Bobbique and The Beach Hut are the official event caterers. They will be selling a delicious assortment of their specialties.

Are children or pets permitted to attend?
NO! For your own safety, NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted and admission tickets for the caregiver will not be honored.

Is there music?
Yes. Live music will be performed at the event. For this special anniversary party, a great lineup of live music is planned, and includes: The Flat Leavers, Reckoning, and the Robert Randolph and the Family Band.

Is smoking permitted at the festival?
Smoking will not be permitted within the tents. A designated smoking area set will be created.

Will there be parking available?
There is no parking at the brewery for this event. Please park your car at the Patchogue train station, at the Patchogue Courthouse, or at the Fire Island Natural Seashore parking lot. It is just a short walk from these lots to the brewery.

Do designated drivers need to be 21?
YES. No one under 21 will be admitted to the festival. Designated drivers, like everyone else must be 21+ and show valid photo ID for admission.
